Women's Ranch Retreat
Rest. Recharge. Connect.
February 12–14, 2027 | Grass Valley, California
Embrace winter’s call to slow down and join us for a cozy weekend in the Northern California foothills! Created especially for women in their 20s and 30s, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Through somatic practices, yoga, creativity, nature, and shared meals, we'll create space to tune into our bodies, explore what feels meaningful, and connect with ourselves and one another. Together we can slow down, recharge, and build meaningful connections with other women navigating this season of life.

A Weekend to Reconnect
Each day offers a blend of movement, creativity, nature, and intentional connection. Our schedule is designed to create a balance between guided experiences and spaciousness, giving you room to explore, connect, and simply be. Activities and timing may shift based on the group's needs and weather, but here's a glimpse of what our weekend together will hold.
FRIDAY | ARRIVE & CONNECT
Settling In & Opening Circle
Arrive, enjoy some mezze, and ease into the weekend. We'll get to know one another, share what brought us here, and set personal intentions for our time together.
Somatic Connection & Nature
Through gentle, experiential activities and time outdoors (weather permitting), we'll begin building connection with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Nourishment & Creative Rituals
Dinner is followed by a hands-on essential oils workshop. Create your own aromatic roller blend to take home as a sensory reminder of the intentions you're setting and the care you're cultivating throughout the weekend.
Evening Wind-Down
We'll close the programmed portion of the evening with a soothing guided meditation, creating space to settle into the experience and ease into rest.
SATURDAY | REST & RECHARGE
Morning Movement
Start the day with yoga to awaken the body and arrive in the present moment
Plant Wisdom & Personalized Blends
Join Emma Gould, ND for a hands-on workshop exploring adaptogens and herbal wellness
Nature & Nourishment
We'll make space for fresh air and connection with nature, followed by a nourishing lunch and free time to rest, recharge, or connect with others.
Somatics & Clay Play
Join Talia Leider for a somatic clay experience. We'll loosen our grip on productivity, reconnect with play, and explore what it means to create without needing to produce.
Community, Movement & Celebration
We'll share food and conversation before an evening of embodied movement, music, and dancing. We'll close the night with space for sharing our gifts, whether that's a story, a song, a poem, or simply a little piece of ourselves.
SUNDAY | THE PATH FORWARD
Morning Movement
Ease into our final morning with grounding movement alongside Emma.
Closing Circle
We'll reflect on the weekend, share insights, and explore how to carry what we've discovered into our everyday lives. Together, we'll set intentions for the days and weeks ahead.
Community Brunch & Nourishment
We'll end our time together around the table, sharing a nourishing brunch and exploring food through a nutrition-focused cooking workshop with our resident chef, Alexa Heathorn, CNS.
All programming will be done by 12 pm so those who need to get to the airport can arrive there between 1-2 pm.
A gentle reminder…
Rest is just as important as the activities we share. This weekend is yours to experience at your own pace, and you're always welcome to skip a session that doesn't resonate or simply take some time for yourself. Curl up in one of our cozy reading nooks, grab a snack in the kitchen, wander the property, or find a quiet corner to recharge. Make yourself comfortable, follow what feels good, and give yourself permission to simply be.
Accomodations
Shared Bunk Room
Summer camp 2.0!
For the girls who love a sleepover, this one's for you. Our shared bunk room has four sets of bunk beds and two single beds, making it the most affordable way to join the weekend. Think cozy pajamas, late-night chats, and the joy of waking up to a room full of new friends.
Private Rooms
A little extra space to recharge
Prefer your own room? We have three private rooms, each with a queen bed. Perfect for those who want a quiet corner to retreat to after a full day of connecting, creating, and exploring.
The Cottage
Your own little hideaway
For a little cottage-core magic, our separate cottage has one queen bed and one single bed. It's a cozy option for anyone craving a bit of extra privacy or looking to share with a friend, while still being part of the retreat community.
