  • Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to personal development that helps clients build awareness of their physical sensations, emotions, and internal patterns to support meaningful, lasting change. By integrating mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and embodied practices, it empowers people to move through stuckness and align their actions with their core values.

  • Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $90–$120, with the exact rate determined during your free consultation based on your financial circumstances. Sliding scale pricing is an equitable practice that acknowledges that access to support shouldn't depend on privilege alone. It’s designed to make coaching more accessible while still honoring the value of the work. If this scale still feels out of reach for you, I encourage you to bring it up during our first call. I'm always open to a transparent conversation about what support can look like within your means.

  • Sessions are held weekly and last one hour. Each session begins with grounding practices—such as breathwork or visualization—to help you drop into your body, followed by focused coaching around your chosen topic. Whether continuing an ongoing theme or addressing something new, every session is designed to meet you where you are and ends with clear, approachable action steps to support your goals.
